This Land Development request is for areas 3, 4, & 5 with improvements to take place on parcels 10 and 10A. The site is zoned M-1 and the proposed expansion/use is authorized. Area 3 consists of the expansion of the existing Wastewater Pretreatment Plant (WWPTP) with a proposed Pre-Engineered Metal building (3,800 sf) and a new Equalization Tank. The new building, the tank, the concrete pads and the paved areas will replace a stone aera currently used as driving and parking space for servicing vehicles. Area 4 includes adding new concrete dolly pads (3,073 sf) to an existing gravel lot for tractor trailer parking.
