About this project
The SPS Technologies manufacturing facility at 1900 Kenmore Avenue in Abington Township, destroyed by fire in February 2025, will be rebuilt at the same location. The rebuilt facility will include the manufacturing building, a central utility plant, an on-site wastewater treatment facility, parking areas, a new connecting drive between Highland and Kenmore Avenues, a plaza, and stormwater management features.
