About this project

Watts LLC plans to split the 4.7-acre property at 1307 Squire Drive in Horsham into four lots. The existing house stays on one lot with a new garage planned, and three new single-family homes would be built on the other lots, reached by a shared private road off Squire Drive. An accessory structure on the site would be torn down, and a stormwater basin, street trees and a landscape buffer are also planned.
