215 S Broad St Town Homes
215 S Broad St, Lansdale, PA · 5 homes, townhomes · 0.41 acres
About this project
2 E's Construction Inc. proposes five townhomes on a 0.41-acre lot at 215 S. Broad Street in Lansdale. The existing ten-room boarding house on the site would be demolished to make room. The county planning commission generally supports the plan but flagged front setback, tree, buffer, and accessibility points for the borough and applicant to address before approval.
County planning commission: Supports, with comments
Issues raised: front yard of 20.2 ft may not meet 24 ft minimum, landscaping plan lacks detail on trees to remain and alley tree dbh, unclear whether tree replacement rule is met, buffer planting type not specified next to Indian Deli, steep slopes from driveway to Units 1 and 5 raise ADA access questions
